DESIGNA RESPONSÁVEL LEGAL PELA CASA DE 
ACOLHIMENTO NO MUNICÍPIO DE MOSTARDAS. 
 
 
 
MOISÉS BATISTA PEDONE DE SOUZA, Prefeito Municipal de Mostardas, no uso de suas 
atribuições legais e em conformidade com a Lei Federal nº 14.113, de 25 de dezembro de 2020 e com 
a Lei Municipal nº 4222, de 30 de março de 2021 e, 
 
Considerando a solicitação, da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social, Trabalho e 
Habitação, 
 
 
R E S O L V E:  
 
 
Art. 1º. Designar o Secretário Municipal de Assistência Social, Trabalho e Habitação como 
responsável legal pela Casa de Acolhimento no município de Mostardas.  
 
 
Art. 2º. Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
